This kennel is IATA compliant and easy-to-assembly–no tools required. Pet owners should always confirm the airline travel requirements for each trip.

Please note the following:
- Crate does not come in a cardboard box / has no individual packaging.
- Each crate comes with one water bowl and funnel.
- Please note that all crates are new; however, there may be minor scratches resulting from transportation.
- We do not offer refunds, but you are welcome to visit our stores/warehouse and try the crate before making a purchase.
- The driver will only deliver the item to the lobby, therefore, it may require two individuals to transport it to an upper floor within your property.
- The delivery schedule is subject to the availability of our drivers and may take up to one week to be completed.
